¶1AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA
¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Anthony, 565 So.2d 565 (Ala.1990), the judgment in this cause is reversed, and this cause is remanded to the circuit court for *571proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
