Mays v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida

Decided August 22, 1990

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1990-08-22

Decided 1990-08-22

PER CURIAM.

¶1We affirm the appellant’s conviction and sentence. However, we find that although the sentencing judge specifically stated that costs were not imposed, the judgment reflects the imposition of court costs.

¶2Accordingly, we remand the case to the trial court for correction of the judgment to delete the imposition of court costs. The judgment and sentence is affirmed in all other respects.
