¶1This is an appeal from a summary denial of a motion for post conviction relief pursuant to rule 3.850, Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure. There were no attachments to the court’s order other than the state’s response to the petition.
¶2We reverse so that the trial court may either enter an order attaching relevant portions of the record and transcript or conduct an evidentiary hearing.
