¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte State, 566 So.2d 758 (Ala. 1990), we remand this case to the circuit court to conduct a new sentencing hearing consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion.
¶3REMANDED AS TO SENTENCING.
