¶1James Sanders appeals from the trial court’s denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. The State has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal, on the grounds that the appellant’s brief was due May 29, 1990, but no brief has been filed. Furthermore, no extension of time has been requested or granted. Therefore, pursuant to Rule 2(a)(2)(A), A.R.App.P., this appeal is due to be dismissed.
