¶1We agree with appellant’s contention that it was error to sentence him to more than the one cell bump permitted for violation of community control in Case No. 88-4157. The judgment and sentence in Case No. 89-6826 are affirmed.
¶2AFFIRMED in part; SENTENCE QUASHED in part; REMANDED for re-sentencing.
