Jack v. Robinson

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided March 10, 2003

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2003-03-10

Applies 28 U.S.C. § 1915A · 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion · Decided 2003-03-10

PER CURIAM.

¶1 James Lee Jack appeals the district court’s order dismissing his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) amended complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A (2000). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Jack v. Robinson, No. CA-00-830-3 (E.D.Va. Sept. 16, 2002). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶2 AFFIRMED.
