¶1The petition for belated appeal is granted. A copy of this opinion will be filed with the trial court and be treated as the notice of appeal from the judgments and sentences in Case Nos. 05-2009-CF-044238-A and 05-2009-CF-055176-A, in the Circuit Court in and for Brevard County.
