¶1Upon sentencing the appellant, the trial court failed to provide written reasons for the upward departure guidelines sentence. In accordance with Pope v. State, 561 So.2d 554 (Fla.1990), the sentence is vacated and the case is remanded to the trial court for sentencing within the guidelines.
