¶1The judgments and sentences are affirmed on the authority of Burch v. State, 558 So.2d 1 (Fla.1990). We strike the trial court’s order requiring payment of costs, without prejudice to the state to reapply after proper notice and the opportunity to be heard. Wood v. State, 544 So.2d 1004 (Fla.1989).
