¶1Appellant challenges his sentence for attempted capital sexual battery. We find no merit to this challenge and affirm the sentence.
¶2Appellant also challenges the court’s imposition of costs and fees against him without notice or a hearing. We strike court costs and fees without prejudice to the state to seek reimposition after proper notice and opportunity to be heard.
