State v. McMurray

¶1Samuel McMurray appeals his convictions of first-degree child molestation and second-degree child molestation following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, arguing the trial court abused its discretion by limiting his cross-examination of a State's expert witness. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
