¶1We affirm the appellant’s conviction for the purchase of cocaine at or near a school. See Burch v. State, 558 So.2d 1 (Fla.1990).
¶2The trial court assessed costs against the appellant without notice and the opportunity to be heard. We reverse on the authority of Wood v. State, 544 So.2d 1004 (Fla.1989), Mays v. State, 519 So.2d 618 (Fla.1988) and Jenkins v. State, 444 So.2d 947 (Fla.1984).
¶3AFFIRMED.
