¶1AFTER REMAND
¶2Pursuant to the decision of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Wesley, 575 So.2d 127 (Ala.1990), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with that opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
