¶1AFTER REMANDMENT
¶2Pursuant to the opinion of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Johnson, 576 So.2d 1281 (Ala.1991), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause’is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with that opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
