Rivera-Rojas v. State

¶1We reverse the guidelines departure sentence of appellant because the trial court failed to reduce the reasons for departure to writing. Ree v. State, 565 So.2d 1329 (Fla.1990). On remand the appellant must be sentenced within the guidelines. Pope v. State, 561 So.2d 554 (Fla.1990). Reversed and remanded for resentenc-ing.
