¶1ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT
¶2The judgment is hereby reversed and the case is remanded in accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Johnson, 578 So.2d 681 (Ala.1990).
