¶1BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
¶2ORDERED that motion for rehearing and dismissal of appeal, belatedly filed by appellees, is granted and the opinion filed by this court February 27, 1991, is vacated and withdrawn.
¶3Counsel are advised that the settlement and dismissal of a case in the trial court should be brought to the attention of the appellate court immediately.
