Corbitt v. State

¶1Appellant’s probationary split sentence is affirmed. Glass v. State, 574 So.2d 1099 (Fla.1991). However, the case is remanded so that the trial court may conform the written judgment imposing court costs to its oral pronouncement withholding such costs.
