  1. “There can be no doubt that the uncontradicted evidence presented in this case conclusively establishes that the imported items are used in places other than the household, namely, restaurants, hotels, and the like. The weight of the evidence further indicates that the factors of size and shape incorporated into the design of these articles render them dissimilar to glass containers offered to the gift and retail trades.
