¶1The offense is the unlawful manufacture of intoxicating liquor; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for one year.
¶2The indictment is regular. The evidence heard in the trial court is not brought up for review. There are no legal questions presented by bills of exception or otherwise.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
