CONNOR, Justice,

¶1dissenting in part.

¶2I disagree with my colleagues only on the question of sentencing.

¶3Webb’s probable disbarment, and the personal disgrace which attends it, is a punishment which will be operative for many years, perhaps for the rest of Webb’s life. In view of this, I cannot say that the trial court was clearly mistaken in imposing a probationary sentence upon Webb.
