¶1dissenting in part.

¶2In light of all of the evidence, I believe that any error flowing from the prosecution’s failure to comply with Criminal Rule 16 was harmless as to both counts of the indictment. Thus, I dissent from the holding that Stevens’ conviction for the rape of T. F. must be reversed.
