Phillips v. State

¶1The order of the trial court revoking appellant’s community control is affirmed. However, the judgment is reversed and remanded as it appears that the appellant was initially adjudicated for this offense in 1988 and therefore has been adjudicated erroneously for the same offense a second time. On remand, the second adjudication is to be vacated.
