¶1In this appeal from an order suppressing certain evidence, appellee is the co-defendant of the appellee in State v. Woodard, 582 So.2d 1249 (Fla. 4th DCA 1991). Relying on our decision in that appeal, and for the reasons stated therein, we reverse the suppression of the evidence and remand for further proceedings.
