¶2Based upon the appellee’s appropriate confession of error, the mitigated sentence under review is reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court for resentenc-ing in conformity with Section 893.13(l)(e), Florida Statute (Supp.1990). See Lopez v. State, 555 So.2d 1298 (Fla.3d DCA 1990); Nova v. State, 439 So.2d 255 (Fla.3d DCA 1983).
¶3Reversed and remanded for resentenc-ing.
