¶1ON REMAND FROM ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

TYSON, Judge.

¶2This cause is hereby reversed and remanded to the Circuit Court of Morgan County with instructions to enter judgment in accordance with the opinion of the Supreme Court of Alabama, Ex parte L.R. v. State, 586 So.2d 174 (Ala.1991).

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
