¶1AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Judge.

¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte W.T.K., 586 So.2d 850 (Ala.1991), the judgment in this cause is reversed and this cause remanded to the Juvenile Court for Montgomery County for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
