[1] APPEAL AND ERROR — REVIEW — FINDINGS. Where a trial court's findings of fact are challenged on appeal, the sole power of the Supreme Court is to ascertain whether the findings are supported by substantial evidence; the weight and credibility of such evidence being exclusively determined by the trial court. [2] EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS — COMPENSATION — ATTORNEYS' FEES — GOOD FAITH — NECESSITY. A trial court's finding, in an action contesting a will, that the executor had not acted in good faith in defending the will, precluded any allowance from the estate for compensation of the executor's attorneys, since, although the executor is legally liable to the attorneys for their services, his right to impose such costs on the estate depends on his good faith.
