FORET, Judge.

¶1For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Restaurant Management Systems, Inc. v. Michael A. Hyde, 590 So.2d 727 (La.App. 3 Cir.1991), the appeal of William Hyde is found moot.

¶2 *733Costs of this appeal are assessed to William Hyde, appellant herein.
