¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 4th day of March 2004 by Appellant for Extension of Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Appellant (North Carolina Rate Bureau) shall have up to and including the 17th day of March 2004 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 8th day of March 2004.
