Yonkowski v. State

¶1AFFIRMED. We find no error in any of the issues raised by appellant. Specifically, we find no error by the trial court in sentencing appellant to a lawful sentence within the sentencing guidelines upon appellant’s plea of guilty. We find no record support for appellant’s claim that the trial court deviated from any plea agreement by *869which the court committed itself to a certain sentence.
