DAUKSCH, Judge.

¶1This is an appeal of a judgment and sentence for sexual battery. Because the judgment cites the wrong statute, it is corrected, consistent with the jury verdict, to adjudicate appellant of committing a sexual battery in violation of section 794.011(5), Florida Statutes (1991). The judgment and sentence in this case are otherwise affirmed.

¶2AFFIRMED.
