¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 23rd day of April 2004 by Attorney General for Extension of Time to File State's Response:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and including the 26th day of May 2004 to file his/her response with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 27th day of April 2004."
