¶1 *596AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Judge.

¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Yelder, 575 So.2d 137 (Ala.1991), this cause is remanded to the circuit court for a hearing on the Batson question.

¶3REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
