¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 5th day of May 2004 by Attorney General to Extend Time to File State's New Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and including the 25th day of May 2004 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 6th day of May 2004."
