¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 1st day of June 2004 by Defendant for Extension of Time to File New Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Wilson, Holmes, D. Pate) shall have up to and including the 22nd day of June 2004 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 1st day of June 2004."
