¶1The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 16th day of June 2004 by Defendants to Extend Time to File Brief:
¶2"Motion Allowed. Defendant (Davis and Allred) shall have up to and including the 13th day of August 2004 to file and serve his/her brief with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 21st day of June 2004."
