¶1In an action by a passenger in a motor vehicle to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when said vehicle struck the rear of another motor vehicle, the appeal is from a judgment entered after trial before the court without a jury in favor of the passenger against the owners and operators of the vehicles. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present—Wenzel, Acting P. J., Beldock, Murphy, Ughetta and Kleinfeld, JJ.
