¶1In an action to recover commissions alleged to be due, the appeal is from an order denying a motion to dismiss the amended complaint pursuant to subdivision 4 of rule 106 of the Rules of Civil Practice. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Wenzel, Acting P. J., Beldoek, Murphy, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
