¶1THE judgment of the Circuit Court will not be reversed on the weight of evidence, if the evidence be contradictory.

¶2Un a trial of the right of property taken in execution, the claimant can not give in evidence the declarations of the execution-debtor, the latter being a competent witness for the former. Hankins v. Ingols, 4 Blackf., 35.
