Heistand v. Kuns

¶1The 18th section of the statute regulating the practice in chancery, which authorizes absent non-resident defendants, within a year, to open decrees rendered against them by appearing and answering the bill, paying costs, &c., applies to the Probate Courts, and all others in the State having chancery jurisdiction. Rev. Stat., 1838, p. 440.
