PER CURIAM.

¶2Under the facts of this case, to grant the relief sought would, in effect, require the adoption of a rule of community interest of the husband and wife in personal property. Such a doctrine is unknown to the Ohio law.

¶3The separate findings of fact by the trial court are sustained by the evidence, and the conclusion of law, based on those findings, is correct.'

¶4The judgment of the Court of Common Pleas is affirmed.
