John Bull Mr. John Bee Junior, Mr. Hugh Bryan and Mr. Thomas Bransford Or any three or *344more of them to be Arbitrators forthwith to settle and Adjust the Matters In dispute, and to Determine the Costs of Suite, and Make Report of theire doings in Twenty days after date hereof
