¶1It is Ordered on Motion of Mr. Charles Cotesworth Pinckney that Mary Smith 30 Mother of the Defendants Judith Benjamin Mary and Joseph Smith be admitted their Guardian for them to answer and defend this Suit. 2d June 1773.
