¶1Application hy defendants to dissolve injunction. Injunction directed to be retained until the further order of the court; unless the defandents elect to give security by bond, in the penalty of $1000, with two sureties, to account for all ore which shall be taken by them from the premises, and to pay the complainant for the same, or such portion thereof as may eventually be determined to belong to the complainant.— Costs to abide the event.
