¶1Upon trial under an indictment charging appellant with assault with intent to murder, he was convicted of aggravated assault, and his punishment assessed at a fine of $400. Neither" statement of facts nor bills of exception-are found in the record. Nothing is presented for review. The judgment is affirmed.
