MacIntyre, J.

¶1The motion for new trial was overruled on November 11, 1938, and the bill of exceptions was tendered to the judge on December 10th, 1938. It affirmatively appearing from the bill of exceptions that it was tendered to the trial judge for certification more than twenty days after the ruling complained of, this court is without jurisdiction to entertain the case. Code, § 6-903. Therefore the writ of error is
