¶1Unlawfully carrying a pistol is the offense ; penalty assessed at a fine of $100.
¶2The proceedings appear regular. Neither the facts nor bills of exception are before this court. Nothing has been perceived which would authorize a reversal or require discussion.
¶3The judgment is affirmed.
