¶1In re Smith, Lester; — Plaintiff(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “F”, No. 317-192; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 90KW-1689.

¶2Granted in part; denied in part. Relator’s sentence is amended to provide credit for any time served from arrest to sentencing. La.C.Cr.P. art. 880; State v. Jackson, 582 So.2d 915 (La.App. 2d Cir.1991); State v. Trahan, 520 So.2d 789 (La.App. 3d Cir.1987). In all other respects, the application is denied.
